The 2nd step of WIN project after the research implemented in all partner countries, that resulted in the development of the State of the Art on Workplace Innovation, is the definition of the Workplace Innovation Manager profile and methodology of the training curriculum.
Leader organisation in this activity, partners from Germany created a proposal of framework for the training curriculum where all partners contributed with feedback and suggestions.
Using the findings of the previous steps, topics were decided that would cover all the identified needs of the required competences of a Workplace Innovation Manager. The topics, in the form of Modules, were assigned to each partner for development according to their experience and expertise which will lead in the upcoming activity of the project, the creation of Workplace Innovation Manager VET training course and pilots.
At this stage of the project the English version of the Workplance Innovation Manager professional profile & training curriculum has been developed and partners have proceeded in the translation in their national languages. When all deliverables will be finalized they will be uploaded on project’s website.
