Project Description
This project aims to helping Youth organizations in Poland, Bulgaria, Greece and Macedonia to develop their institutions in the field of online tools, finances, and marketing, building the specific network between Youth and Youth institutions in our regions, spreading the activities offered by youth organizations among young people and motivate them to join it. This will be achived through: 1) Increasing the knowledge and skills of youth leaders and youth organizations using online tools , 2) Increasing the knowledge and skills of youth leaders and youth organizations on building financial and marketing strategies and their practical use. The main objective of the project is to give youth sufficient knowledge and skills in order to be successful in their field.
Impact
The project is suppose to have great impact on multiple levels. Firstly, through the actions of the project young entrepreneurers and youth leaders will get insired and motivated to be succesful. Secondly, attract young people to involve in th entrepreneurrial field.
Our Role
Innovation hive will have an active rolo and will contridute in the development of all the project results. More specifically, will be responsible for creating a dissemination plan eventhough we are not the dissemination lead according to the application form.
