UP-RURAL!
The entire project is set up on the need of partner’s local communities and respectively their usual target people or organizations. The project establishes as target persons facing socio-economic difficulties, especially unemployed and vulnerable groups from the rural communities. So, one of the major objectives of the project it’s ‘Skilling and certifying 60 socio-economic disadvantaged persons from rural areas as “community development officer” . Community development officer is the name of the occupation that entire project will refer and it’s listed on ESCO portal, having different named corresponding occupation in each country. Increased number of people certified and working as “community policy officers”, in rural area can strength the development of LEADER LAG and other policy related community stakeholders’ in Europe.
Impact
Raise awareness about the opportunities arising from transition and green, sustainable and digital Europe, help community members to create and finance local business, taking the opportunities of the transition to a green, sustainable and digital Europe, this will lead to retention of population on the rural area and balanced distribution of population, better employment rate and increased incomes for local entrepreneurs and their employees, increasing connectivity between LAGs and stakeholders in Europe, helping communities to work and innovate into European single Market and not isolated by guidance and case study, success stories, finding partners, etc., and last, facilitating the access to consultancy and training

PR1: Contribution in the research methodology for the practical abilities a ‘Community Development Officer’ should have, via semidirected online interviews, translation of the interview questionnaire,analyze the interview findings, fill a survey report, translate the survey PR2: Contribution in the creation of the course curriculum,based on provided methodology, contribution in the creation of 4 theoretical lessons in the form of MOODLE lessons ( including quizzes), contribution in the development of 35 storyboards for Vyond animated videos and 14 branch scenarios, recording own voice for the videos, translation in the form of subtitles, creation of guide of practice and final quiz PR3: contribution in the creation of the e-platform, InnoHive : design the badges and final diploma, contribution in testing of the platform, improvements
